Before delving into the possibilities of flavours when using a smoking gun, let's start this class off right - with a smoky Bloody Mary.  

In this class Chef Kate will show you plenty of tips and tricks on flavour building and techniques to really wow your guests at your next dinner party.  Try your hand at using the Smoking Gun and then sit down and enjoy our communal meal.
