Begin your journey to becoming an artisan cheese maker.

Working with Janelle, our expert cheese making host from Mad Millie, we will provide you with the skills and the tools required to replicate these techniques at home.  

Our cheese making class will provide you with the techniques of making a variety of fresh cheeses.  During this class we will be making whole milk ricotta, haloumi and other fresh cheeses as well as hands on experience in the art of stretching mozzarella curds.

As you spend time with Janelle discussing how you can take your new learnt skills to the next level our Fresh Cheese Making class will conclude with a light meal, showcasing our beautiful cheese and a glass of wine or soft beverage.

You will also take home your very own Mad Millie Fresh Cheese Making Kit valued at $67.50.

The Fresh Cheese Making Kit makes: Feta, Halloumi, Cottage Cheese, Light Cream Cheese, Cream Cheese, Chevre Frais, Goat's Feta, Quark and Farmhouse butter.
